2025 Cape Jr Sharks Spring Cheer Payment and Registration Requirements
Please NOTE - We are accepting Online Registrations this season.
This registration will put your athlete into a player pool.
In order for your athlete to be assigned to a Team and Roster - Payment is required.

January 11th 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
January 15th 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
January 18th 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

*NO PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED ONLINE- MUST BE IN PERSON*
Once payment is made online registeration will be varified and your Cheerleader will be added to a roster. Make sure to upload the required documents and fill out all information.
Missing information/documents will hold up being assigned to a team.
Without the payment - the athlete's spot on the roster is NOT confirmed.

NOTE: When you are done filling out the information while registering your Athlete - you will have to refresh your account to show the tab "LEGAL DOCUMENTS" Click this tab to DIGITIALY sign the REQUIRED Parent Contract and the Medical History. Without these documents signed we can not assign the teams.
What your will need to Online Register:
Clear Picture of the Athlete's Certified Birth Certificate,
Photo - Facial picture - without sun glasses, hats, no shadows - WHITE BACK GROUND
Have the insurance card information ready to enter at time of Online Registering
These will need be uploaded at time of the Online Registration from your phone or computer.
